Quality
We place a great deal of importance on quality control with all operations, carried out to audited ISO certified food quality standards. A ISO PAKISTAN STANDARD plan is in place and followed to ensure the quality of the products we produce. We offer full raw material traceability as standard for all production. This is achieved by using documentation control and product code and batch number system. Written operating procedures are used to control all aspects of production. Production quality is maintained with machine cleaning and set up, approved production documentation, in process testing and periodic sampling. Products are only released for dispatch once the specific batch documentation review and reconciliation is completed.
Point of Sale Packing
Our flexible approach to packing allows us to accommodate a wide variety of presentations. Typically this involves us taking your sachets and packing them into a pre-printed carton which is used as a display or sales pack. An example is where we pack thirty sachets into a printed sales display carton, place four of these into a shipping carton which is pelletized and sent out for distribution. Often customers have their ready prepared cartons which we can work with or we can advise and put you in contact with a specialist carton company who can help design and print your packs. For customers who do not require point of sale packing, We happily supply filled sachets in bulk cartons of 100 - 1000 sachets.
Supplying the food and Nutraceutical Industry
Powder filling is our specialty and we can accommodate a wide range of materials. Using horizontal filling machines we produce flat pillow shaped sachets of a high quality with three or four sided seals and triangular tear notch as standard. We can provide a suitable laminate material such as paper faced or polyester with foil barrier, or clear polyester and print several lines of text with description, batch/bbe information using black ink. If you require pre-printed sachets we can work with your designers and arrange for printing using a high quality print company. We also are happy to work with your free issue packaging components where you provide all the materials and we simply provide the filling service.
